Malia and Manila Luther King Sr. an Morehouse campus on graduation day. June 8. 1948. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. walked the paths of Morehouse Coiiege some 40 years ago. Dr. . King had a dream. A dream that at! men someday wouid be equal. it was a dream whose reality Martin had experienced during his years at Morehouse College. Morehouse is where Martin learned to dream. In this environment of openness. love. opportunity and very high expectations. Dr. King fearned to stretch his inteiiectuai capabilities and form his dream into a plan.
