154 Save the Children People are hung up on the knowledge of war Something most of us haven't seen before. This has been the school of thought ever since time has been. This is why we move now to save the children. We must save the children!!! How many times must a man fight for freedom that is seemingly never won, Before he can honestly saye You are free my daughter and my son We must save the children!!! It has been said that man is tempted to take if not for himself, then for his children. For they canit help themselves but must rely on his help and little religion We must save the childrenttt How many children must be born, suffer and die. Before the world will understand the urgency of my cry. We must save the children!! Wanton economies. social and political deprivation are the most dehumanizing aspects of this world and this nation We must save the children!!! How long will the rich and weil-te-do eat, sleep, party and play in a world of selfish infatuation. While in Africa. Asia. Europe. and even America Children are dying every day of starvation. We must save the children!!! Now I have previously spoken of children you see, But his is not to speak of men, women and children equally. I spoke of children because of a fact we will all have to face. They are our strongest hope for the future; the survival of the human race. This is why we must save the Children!!!
