Noe goes high in the air to score. Ed is the tallest Eagle at 6-8 and mans the center post on the Eagles' squad. Coach Laughlin has been extremely pleased with the progress made by Noe, as the junior from Mt. Clement, Michigan has shown signs of bril- liance. The possessor of a fine one-handed jump shot, Ed has developed a soft hook shot which he hits with great accuracy. Noe led the Eagles in rebounding as a sophomore last year, averaging 9.8 rebounds a game. He scored 163 points in 19 games for an 8.6 average, but as he has shown this year is a potentially much higher scorer. Unusually fast for his size, Noe is one of the outstanding big men in the O.V.C. this year. ED OE junior, Ed Noe Noe fires one-handed jumper Center All OVC -rl 'Q
