RAIN Vs MUSIC i Some 1,300 students representing 25 high schools in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia journeyed to Morehead State College's sixth an- nual High School Band Day. It was the largest band day since its beginning in 1954. The half- time ceremony when all bands were to form a huge bass fiddle on the field for the Morehead- Western football game was cancelled due to 'rain'.
