COUNCIL OF PRESIDENTS The Council of Presidents includes all presidents of the various clubs, classes, and organizations on campus. The purpose of this or- ganization is to develop a spirit of unity, to provide cooperative planning and scheduling of social and recreational activities, and to sponsor the Better Dress Week. A president is selected to serve as chairman for each meeting. The only permanent officer each year is the secretary, who was Marlene Messer for this academic year.
