But if we close our eyes and hum the strains of our Alma Mater, the fog glides away, and once again we'rc right in the middle of that rollicking, rush- ing, roaring, rapturous year of 1960-61. If we concentrate a little harder, we can picture the scene of that football game we almost won, or the mad scramble on the morning of mid-term exams, or the wonderful magic and romance of the spring dance, or thc thousand and one classroom experiences which instructed us. moved us, or entertained us. Ah, such wonderful dreams they are! But we hope to make our dreams come true, for almost as wonderful as a memory is a picture. The Carillon this year is a collection of our dreams , fastened together with the cords of friendship and sprinkled with star dust. We hope that every student has many wonderful memories and will dream along with us as we capture -this unforgettable year.
