DEDICATIQN To you, Mr. Voigt F. Morgan, we, the seniors of 1958, dedicate this yearls CARILLON. There are many reasons why we selected you for this honor. From the time as sophomores struggling through biology to the time as seniors ploughing through chemistry, students can be sure that you are out to learn them something! If the lesson to be taught is not biology or chemistry, it is the value of a college education, or the do's and don'ts of social conduct! You are famous for your tangy statements which have the power to enliven any class or club meeting. Over and above your classroom work, you are the advisor of the Science Club: take charge ol' the buses and bus driversg direct the senior play, head the science departmentg stage the Science Fairg back all athletic activities, help sponsor the Youth Family Life Council, and you are everybody's friend! ADMINISTRATIGN Faculty members do far more than their reg- ularly scheduled classes. They chaperone our par- ties, sponsor our clubs, direct our plays, and do about a thousand and one other things for us -the students! For this constant service their material rewards are few, but they have psychic income aplenty. The tea put on by the Woman's Club is a ges- ture of friendliness to new teachers and a re- newed welcome for those returning for another year of service. The efforts of the members of our staff are obvious- ly appreciated by every- one. There are also on our staff those who do everything from cook- ing our lunches to man- aging the library. Mrs. ..12Q Banks, our School Sec- retary, is one of those persons who aid every- one - students and fac- ulty alike! Her indefa- tigable efforts get peo- ple located, reports made promptly, stencils cut, transcripts sent, and numerous other big and little problems solved. The perfection sought by our teachers, along with their helpful and interested attitude to- ward students, has prov- ed to be a profitable and an enjoyable com- bination.
