That lovely smell of chlorine. The enjoyment of dry- ing yourself off with a wet towel. That final IOO yard dash to the showers. This year's varsity swim team had another opportunity to go up to Cal State for what would eventually become the hardest practice in histo- ry. All of this work would soon be rewarded by a rough game of water polo or a chance at going to the North Coast Sections. The I986 Varsity Swim Team is probably the best teamk within the four years that Moreau has had a swimming program. Among some of the talent.
