A Year For Rebuildin This year's Girls Varsity Basketball Team had some big shoes to fill. Last year's team took the league cham- pionship. This year with only five returning players, including team captain, Stacey Pierce, the team faced a tough challenge. The team is once again coached by Paul Phelps and assisting him is last year's J.V. coach Mike Bannister. Future Varsity Shines The J.V. Girls' basketball team this year is working hard. Not many people realize the sweat and hard work it takes to make a sports player, but these girls sure dol Dedication, hard work, and a coach like Sam McCracken is what makes a team good. This team is made up of freshman for the most part. Their fresh eagerness adds vitality to the team.
