Using their combined talents, the l985 boys junior varsity cross country team had an excellent season. After a defeat in a dual meet with De La Salle, earlier in the season, the junior varsity team came back to defeat them in the league finals at Crown Memorial Park in Alameda. Outstanding performances were given by Darryl Pretto, Scott Geyer, and Don Heinlein who took first, second, and third places respectively.
