1. Allen Steinberger works on a new program. 2. Allen Steinberger takes a break from computers. 3. Mrs. Nichols discusses a new concept. 4. The club listens intently to Mrs. Nichols. 5. Mark Perez wizzes through his program. The Computer Club at Moreau has had a successful year under the guidance of Mrs. Nichols. The members spend many hours on the keyboards participating in various activities. These include such things as a beginners workshopg for some background about computers be- fore they go into things like game competitions, graphics contest, and computer game sessions on Fri- day afternoons after school. As one i i l l member added that the computer is the future for the world. People had better learn now what is what or be left behind later. The Moreau Knights Chess Club has likewise had an exciting and very active year. Under the leadership of Mr. McEntee and as- sisted by Mr. Breiger and Mr. Weidmayer, the clubs president Rick Gomez, Vice-President Mike Franzwa and Treasurer Serga Zanderey all agree that the clL meets many of its goals that it se for itself. The club usually mee weekly to challenge each other ar go over some tough situations player might encounter in a gam The main purpose of the club is promote a greater interest in che and to create a high standard fellowship.
