The color guard strut their stuff. i ff? f. ff il ,T E 1 if H 5 .ir 5 M. 1. 1 ' ' From three weeks before school to November 17th, the Moreau marching band worked long and hard hours to become a power- ful force in Bay-Area band Com- petitions. The band did very well in most and even took first place in one. After watching several of their practices and talking with a few of the band members l can ap- preciate how hard they worked. When asked if the size of the L band was a hindrance or a benefit Drum-Major Tina Cana- Iis said Well, I really think they do a great job. The size doesn't matter. l also asked her what she thought about the different sections of the band. The drum line has a really hard job to do and they do it excellently. l asked her if she felt there were enough people in the brass sec- tion and she said The brass do a very good job and are plenty loud, Oh! the woodwin are out- standing also. in-ui Over all the band was supurb this year with all the inventive new material and new visual per- formances. Like the drum solo song with the flying banners as visual backup. As Randy Cari- veau said when l asked him about the bit lt's hecka bad . I could not have said it better my- self, Marching Band, your Hecka bad . arching With Music

1. Rich Serrao and Sarah Simonian take in the funds for the evening. 2. Moreau's student body dances the night away. 3. Bob Rebello and Lisa Assum Sophomore Princess and Escort. 4. Clarisse Carbonel and Mike Salido hold the honored position ot King and Queen. 5. Kelli Warner and David Liebowitz elected by the Freshman class are proud to be in the lime light. The 1984 Homecoming was full of excitement. On Friday November 9th, the surprised representatives from all of the classes were announced. The princess and escort of the freshman class were Kelli Warner and David Liebowitz. Bob Robello and Lisa Assum were elected by the Sophomore class. The Ju- 5 nior class' Princess and Es- cort were Kim Roman and Jeff Marshal. Erin Willett was Honored as one ot the senior princesses and Escort- ed by Joe Baalman. Elaine Clancy wasthe other Princess escorted by Bob Canalas. The 1984 Homecoming King and Queen were Mike Salido and Clarisse Carbonel. omecoming QQ rig. 1 During the halftime ot the Homecoming Game, the King, Queen . Court entered in antique and were introduced to crowd. 1 Saturday at the Dance the King and QMike Salido and Carbonel, reigned over tht court. lt was a gala affair.
