All of the classes put up an excellent fight, but again it was the Seniors who prevailed, taking first overall. The sophomores were close behind taking second, the Juniors third, and the Freshmen fourth. College Night this year had one of the biggest turnouts in recent years. Sen- iors, and some juniors went to hear speakers from colleges all over the state. It was, to say the least, informa- tive. Each student who attended heard speakers from St. Mary's, U.C. Santa Clara and a speaker from the whole U.C. system. This year the Freshmen barbeque, which was presented by the administra- H ighligms tion, was an excellent way in which thi Freshmen could become better ac quainted with each other. The Welcome Dance intro- duces you to the new people and starts the new year off -if Q. ' r with a bang! The same is true with the Freshmen Box Social. This is sometimes a frightening ex- perience and other times an exciting new beginning. It gives the Freshmen a chance to meet the people in their class and get to know one in particular. ances H 'ZZ At the Halloween Dance, we take on many character changes. Dressing up makes things more interesting. Moreau takes pride in provid- ing fun and we all seem to ap- preciate it.
