An outstand- ing performance by the cast made it a most enjoyable evening. The lead roles were played by Michele Brown as Eliza Doolittle Ma-rty Massman as Professor Henry Higgins Randy Whitehead as Colonel Pickering. Bill Mullins portrayed Alfie Doolittle Elizas father. The director was Mr. Tapper and was assisted by Devana Tu- baugh. The band marched in parades including Moraifia's Fall Festival, and performed at home football games. Advancing to district contest in pufblic speek- ing was Craig Vance. Eugene Fry was creed speaker. Harold Rowley showed the grand champion dairy heifer at the Monroe County and FFA fair. State Farmer degrees were earned by Harold Rowley and Tim Seals. A ' red, white, and blue color scheme 1 was chosen to 'carry out the theme. The winner of the child division was Cindy Rogers, Jeanne Mass- N man and Lorie Horn won the eighth grade division. Glenda McDanel and Suzanne Moore were the win- ners from the freshman class. , Bridgette Rausch won the clothing 1 .u ,ul II division with an aqua pant suit. i The FHA division was won by 1 Renee Woodward. Other FHA activities included a hay ride with FFA and collecting canned good-s for 'senior ,citizens at Thanksgiving.
