fall production I’ll give you a piece of my mind. Jim is a dark flower. This year the drama department experimented with a triology. Three one-act plays of various styles and forms were performed by 3 casts in succession. NOT ENOUGH ROPE, a situation comedy fea- tured Cindy VanDriel, Greg Hoffman and Donna Schroeder. FUMED OAK, an unpleasant comedy, was played by Bill Parent, Mary Nordstrom, Julie Sublet and Beth Larson. ADAPTATION, a satirical comedy, was acted by Roger Nieboer, Gill Strand, Sheryl Pearson, Greg Groth, Wayne Talley, Doug Furnstahl, Julie Sublet, Jodi Ardner, Paul Claus, Pat Munro and Deb Wallace. 14 A safety patrol boy. mora’s one-act takes firsts adaptation 4 Gill Strand The Mora Theatre Department’s one-act play this year won more honors than ever before. The cast of Roger Nieboer, Julie Sublet, Gill Strand, Jim Gilbertson, and Bill Parent won the Sub-district, District 16, and tied for 1st in the Region 4 contest. The play, ADAPTATION, received nine A's in all. Mora's one-act has never taken 1st in the region before. The following cast members also received re- cognition for fine individual performances: SUB-DISTRICT 16 DISTRICT 16 Best Actress-Julie Best Actress-Julie Best Actor-Jim Best Actor-Roger Best Supporting Actor-Gill REGION 4 Best Actor-Roger In all, Mora's one-act cast proved to be fan- tastic representatives of M.
