After the crowning of King Dan and Queen Debbie, the Royal Court, Jean and Chuck, Lynn and Don, Darlene and Jack, and Elaine and Greg, marched back to the remaining festivities. Lighting of the bonfire was the work of the freshman class, who try their best to out do the preceding class. Many were present to witness the greatness of this bonfire and the freshman class next year will have to work hard to equal it in size. During this bonfire a spirited pep fest was held to rile the team on to victory. After the bonfire a snake dance was held to rejoice the coming game. A long line of laughing, screaming kids were running everywhere connected by holding each others hands. The boys fought long and hard but to no avail for we lost this game with a heart breaking score of 27 to 6. Spirit was re- vived as everyone attended the Homecoming dance, played by the Unknowns. 11
