SKIP DAY I never miss the comics! What, no girls? What should we do now? On May 20, the senior class had their skip day. About 15 cars with students went to Taylors Falls and spent an enjoyable day there. Frank: Gee, just 38 days 3 hours, and 6 minutes and I'll be on my way home. Leon: What! More pictures? Dick: Hey, Ron, look at that angle worm down there. David: What? Who?--Oh! my picture--sure. Don: Hey wait, I gotta comb my hair first. 15 St. Croix River

JR.-SR. BANQUET Once again, the Seniors were honored by the Juniors at the annual Junior-Senior Banquet. This year, the decorations depicted the scene of the Mardi Gras as shown above. Below are pictured the couples in the Grand March of which Don Nelson and Kathy Krinke were chosen for King and Queen and also the cutest couple. Rita Robillard wore the prettiest corsage. Cindy Selvig had the prettiest party dress, Sandra Erickson wore the prettiest formal, Mr. Kaufert was chosen for wear- ing the flashiest tie, and Mr. and Mrs. Lyngass were chosen as the cutest Faculty couple. Ironically, Phil Carlson wore the shiniest shoes. 14
