WHS jW5557'tf5 ' birdie Eros-m' The production of You're a Good Man Charlie Brown left its mark with some of the high school's most loyal fans - elementary students who were treated to the presentation. Cast members Todd Hacker, Charlie Brown, Mike Klass, Snoopy, Kitti Swinney, Lucy, Don Reichard, Schroeder, Randy Davis, Linus, and Lori Hickerson, Peppermint Patty, also brought the famous Charles Schultz comic strip to life for two high school convocations. Mrs. Pam Anderson, speech teacher, was stage director for the production, and Mr. Gene Raymond, choir director, was music director.

W qaw 'mile who ea gem 4 The sixth annual Wagon Trails Revue, viewed by the largest crowd ever at a Wagon Trails performance, presented A Salute to the Greats March 31 and April 1. This was the first time for a Wagon Trails to be held on two nights. Led by Masters of Ceremony lulie Bivin and Mike Mackenzie, the revue featured many high school talents. jim Stewart and Beth Thatcher performed l'M Herbert which they took to the state speech meet, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Yoke sang Rocky Top , Debbie Slaughter, Mike Klass, and David Strohmeyer performed a tribute to ludy Garland, a song Get Happy , Sally Hamilton sang jim Croce's Time in a Bottle , the MHS Kadettes danced to Razzle Dazzle and Happy Days , and the MHS choirs performed a number of popular songs. A special mark was added to the program when Don Reichard received two standing ovations, a first, for his performance of My Way , a tribute to Elvis and Frank Sinatra. This act and many more left their marks in the 1977-78 Wagon Trails Revue.
