Americans must realize that more education is neces- sary for a changing society and that a good education can help in- dividuals cope with change in a manner consistentwith the system of values derived from our American heritage.We have reached a point in history where no person or group of persons can afford to be without the necessary knowledge and skills that will enable them to deal with conflict and change in the future.
