Founders Week 1979 Erwin Lutzer. The problem of unanswered prayer. Dr. Ross Fthoads, one of 13 speakers of the 1979 Founder's Week Conference, began his morn- ing message by quoting Dwight L. Moody: lf I could live my entire life once again, I would spend it preaching to Christians. For when Christians live right, sinners will automatically be saved. This week has been the fulfillment of his wish, Dr. Flhoads concluded. For God's people certainly have been fed. And so they were. Through the cross there is power to face the world with victory, Dr. Olford declared.
