Ancel E. Allen It was his last morning . . . September 21, 1956. Off on wings to scatter the Living Word . . . and then to enter the heavens above. I-Ie was the first of the 1956 graduating class to be called home. Following graduation from the Missionary Technical Course in Iune, Ancel Allen joined the Air Mail from God Mission. The day of his calling home, the first returns from his effort were received. As he passed into eternal realms, others passed into eternal life. His classmates remember his quiet spirit and conscientious attitude, his friends, the smile that gradually absorbed his face, his fellow-laborers, the passion that drove him to disregard his own comforts to seek the lost, his teachers, the ability to produce the best. Ancel Allen-a depth of character that not only touched this earth, but extended beyond the heaven he loved so well to the land that is fairer than day.
