DEDICATION THE REV. B. HOYT EVANS JANUARY 10, 1923-OCTOBER 28, 1977 Part-Time Bible Instructor 1966-67 Trustee of the College Full-Time Bible Instructor 1976-77 Acting Dean of the College 1977 God created the universe and with this He had only just begun ... A very special and loved man, here at Montreat-Anderson College, showed many people how God began in his life and how He would never end because of His eternal promise. This man radiated equal compassion and concern for all students and faculty. His understanding and willingness of wanting others to experience the greatness of God was seen everyday in his smile. He was sincere in his approach to his teaching and his ideas and opinions were strong, yet bendable according to God's will. He made people aware of their surround- ings and he energized the full meaning of life. His own life showed a never ending open heart and mind to all people and an ever present love for God. We would like to thank his wife, Mrs. Martha Evans, as she continues to show her love for this college, which she shared with her husband, and our apprecia- tion for her teaching.
