DEDICATION We, the Annual Staff, are honored to dedicate Agape 77 to Jose Antonio Reyes, for his dedication to Montreat-Anderson College. Senor Reyes teaches Spanish and has received a B. A. , M. A. , and Ph. D., from the University of Havana with addtitional study at Barry College of Miami. We are truly thankful for the Love he has shown us.

f Senor Reyes was born on March 3, 1909, in Caibarien, Cuba. He at- tended Havana University, where he majored in Spanish and Spanish Amer- ican Literature. He mi no red in His- tory and Geography. He received 5 awards from Havana U. in Spanish Lit. , Ancient History, General Psycologia, Sociology, and History of the Philology. He graduated with a Ph.D. in 1941. He has worked with the Munson Steamship Lines and on the Board of Education in his hometown. Also, as a teacher in Presbyterian Schools in Caibarien, Cardenas, and Encruijada. He received the 25 year service pin from the Board of National Mission of United Presbyterian Church of U. S. He worked from 1961 to 1966 in Miami, Fla. among Cuban refugees and since 1966 as a Spanish teacher at MAC. He was married in 1944 and has one daughter.
