Why am I here? What will this year at Montreat- Anderson College mean to me when I have left? And the answers I receive do not come at once, but in the course of the year they do come, sporadically at first, then gradually as an envelop- ing revelation. I sense a com- forting closeness to Mon- treat, to my fellow students, to the faculty, and to the spirit of the college. Someday I will know whether or not I have become what the college would like for me to be, but I am already convinced that Montreat-Anderson College has become a part of me.
