President Bashie Chastain The Student Faculty Government Association of Montreat College consists of three separate divisions: The Cabinet, composed of the above six officers, the Dean, the Assistant Dean, the House Mothers, and a representative of the Faculty; the Senate, which is composed of representatives from the various classes; and the House of Representatives, which is composed of representatives who act as monitors for each hall. The aim of the Montreat College Student Faculty Government Association is to provide a system of organization in which each student will be given the highest degree of freedom and happiness without overstepping the rights of any other. It is our ideal to build a student bedy which will attract others because of our happy days together. (28)
