HI H SCHOOL vw' James Coppock Mary Jo Wickham We extend a hearty welcome back to the teachers who were on last yea.r's staff. Mr. HORN attended I.U. and Ball State where he received a B.M.E. de- gree. He has charge of band and high school and grade school music. Miss REA, who teaches English, is also school librarian. She went to Ball State and I.U. and abtained her M.A.B. and M.A.T. Miss NELSON is our Latin and math instructor. She received her A.B. after attending Ball State and I.U. Mrs. WILLLKMS went to Central Normal College and Butler University where she received a B.S. degree. She conducts classes in general business, and social science. Niss ALBERTSON attended I.U. and Purdue. Our English instructor received both an A.B. and A.M. degree. Mr. HONAKER is a graduate of Taylor University and holds a B.S. degree. Besides coaching, his classes in- clude physical ed., driver's training, and consumer education. Mr. NAAB teaches bookkeeping, industrial arts, and math. He received his B.S. from Ball State. -:Y Richard M. Horn Getting Acquainted This year we had the pleasure of welcom- ing six new teachers to the staff. Mrs. PEARSON attended Purdue and Ball State which she left with a B.S. degree. This is her first year of teachingg her subj ect is home economics. She now lives near Roll. Mr. AMSTUTZ hails from Angola, but came to us from Wilkinson. The B.S. de- gree he received at Purdue enables him to teach biology and vocational agriculture. Mr. MODLIN, who recently received his B. S. degree, is experiencing his first year of teaching. Before attending Ball Stare, our math instmctor's home was Mooresville. Mr. COPPOCK received a B.S. degree from Ball State. He teaches commerce and chemistry a.nd was formerly at Madison Twp. in Jay Co. Miss WICKI-IAM, who salted her teaching career this year lives in Marion. She holds a B.S. from Ball State and teaches general science and physical education. Mr. GLANCY isn't a stranger to us as our English and history teacher was with us in the year '53-'54.
