Only a junior, he will be available for the Pacers next year. He was a very capable reserve and could be counted on to do his best when sent into a ball game. Harold Everhart, Yo . Everhart's set shots kept us in many ball games. He is a good ballhandler and playmaker. This 5' S guard can still con- tribute much to the Pacers, because Harold is only a junior. Harold Love moved up from the second team. Harold added much strength to the Pacers. This junior guard saw a lot of action in the latter half of the season. He started several games for the Pacers. Vincent Morris, Long john . Vincent made the last year the best year. He was the pillar of Pacer bankboard strength and a heavy scorer. He plavecl equally well at forward or guard. Coach Ernest Sutton Ernie . A tirst year man with the Pacers, Ernie nzmfe the Varsity . He com- piled a winning record with both the second team and the Varsity. Ernie is a graduate of Ball State. He likes a Branch McCracken style of basketball. He was a reserve in the Marines and was called ta duty in March. He was succeeded as coach by Hugh Thimlar. Rex Bell, Bubbles . The Pacers were weakened greatly when Rex would foul out of ball games. He was a great aid on the bankboards and could be counted on to score heavily. This is the last year for this high scoring senior forward.

PACERS Ralph Needlcr, Cheetah . This junior forward was moved up from the second team. He added much to the reserve strength of the Pacers. Wfalter jackson, Herble . He started off slowly but gained momentum as the season progressed. Herble played a good game whether at forward or center, He has another year as a Pacer ahead of him. Robert Smith, Bob , This dependable forward saw a lot of action as a reserve. Bob started several games and could always count on rebounds and points. Another senior, Bob will leave a vacancy to be filled next year. Orves Ramseyer, Professor . This was Orves' first year on the Varsity. He saw most of his action as guard but could play any position. He was awarded the trophy for sportsmanship at the Four-Team Tourney. As he is a senior, he will be greatly missed next year. Charles Wilson, Charlie . Wilson is the little boy of the team. Only 5' Ll , he is a very good ball handler and can move well on defense. As he is a junior, this guard will be back next year. Bob Ford, Googie , student manager. This was Bobs first year as manager of the Pacers. He added much to keeping up the morale of the team.
