A few days of school time joy And we'll journey on the road, Each one reaping his own harvest That in school days he has sowed. No more Weill he together As we were in 'Pelier High. Why is the heart so heavy? And why that long, deep sigh? Time and again we have wanted Our school days to be o'er, So why are our eyes so dim with tears As we leave our friends of yore?
