Each member enioyed doing his parl lo malce lhe band a success. Five members are lo receive lheir honor- able discharges in May, bul lo gain success, lhe olhers will carry on. Those receiving honorable discharges are: lrumpel-Dorolhy Rell, Belly Lee, drum--Erla Ely, Rose Wunderbaum, bell lyre-Belly Rose Spaulding. This year lhe orcheslra slarled oul wilh quile a lew new recruils. We also had a new Commanding Ollicer. The recruils soon became accuslomed lo lhe rules and regulalions, so lhey are no longer recruils bul velerans. The new Commanding Ollicer is Miss Carmen Purcell.
