This year the club members were invited into Mrs. Sinclair's horne, where they enjoyed looking at her button collection and valuable glass collection. The purpose of the Art Club is to further an interest in art outside of regular school work and to help its members to become acquainted with different kinds of art. The sponsor is Miss Walter. Some of the projects undertaken have been the sale of schedule pencils, locker inspec- tion, selecting yell leaders, planning pep sessions and forums in home room, and traffic in the halls. The club enjoyed a trip through Racers Bakery, where they saw how bread is baked, sliced, and wrapped. They also learned how icing is put on rolls and doughnuts. sou.
