The purpose of this club is to create a spirit of friendship among the girls in the school. The club with the assistance of the Sun- shine Club gave an all-girls Christmas party. The sponsor is Miss Crain. SUNSHINE CLUB First Row: Doris Rose 'Waite, Amy Miles, Marie Barr, Delilah Fear, Maryellen Sawyer, Doris Hawk, Marie Hiser. Second Row: Opal Johnson, Ruth Evers, Mary Ruth Edwards, Rosamond Roberts, Mary Wilson. Lela Shroyer. The Sunshine Club elected as its officers: Delilah Fear, president, and Maryellen Sawyer, secretary-treasurer. Mrs. Geedy is sponsor. The aim of this club is to aid girls to grow in courtesy and personality and to practice the highest ideals of friend- liness. The club joined with the Friendship Club in giving a Christmas party for all the girls in school and in singing carols for shut-ins. DRAMATIC CLUB First Row: Imogene- Clements, Virginia DeBatty, Henrietta Risk, Mollie Helm, Helen Kelley, Mary Stoltz, Betty Green, Helen Irwin, Martha Whitt. Second Row: Jim Shroyer, Grace Davies, Jeanne Danforth, Christina Cline, Margaret Jane Shull, Alice Lee Cloud, Mary Robbins, Betty Hummel, Paul Johnson. Third Row: Richard Twibell, Joe Barrett, Robert Geedy. Max Price, John Schmidt Robert Williams, David Parnell, Clyde Bennett. The Dramatic Club elected as its officers: Joe Barrett, president: Clyde Bennett. vice-presidentg and Grace Davies, secretary-treasurer. The purposes of this club are to encourage dramatics in school, to further the cause of better speech, and to foster amateur theatricals. The most important play given was the Christmas play, Why the Chimes Ring. Kidnapingg Bettye and The Toyheartu were given in the three one-act-play program.
