It is a course that deals with the things necessary for a business to sell a product. Ten students were active in this new program this year With Mr. Arthur Donaldson as their in- structor. The DE students attend school in the morning and Work on the job in a training station in the afternoon. The stu- dents Worka minimum of fifteen hours per Weekand are paid Wages for their time on the job training. ROW 3: Larry Davenport, Jim Westfall, Marlo Smethurst, Steve Farnham, Bruce Lung. Absent: Alan Word, This year, eighteen Seniors were enrolled in the Diversified Cooperative Training program. The DCT program, in its third year at Montpelier High School, provides students an opportunity to learn avocation in their final year of high school. Mr. Darold Figgins, teacher of the program, provides the vocational students related skills and co- ordinates industrial experience With the class room. The DCT students receive job training in the morning and attend school in the afternoon. At school the students work on both academic subjects and study materials related to their on-the-job training.
