This made if nec- essary for Coach Russo lo depend on his inexperienced Sophomore recruils 'lo fill lhe gap. Allhough lhe leam was noi able lo compile as good a record as fhey would have liked. 'rheir sheer'de+ermi- na+ion +o improve helped lhe leam malce a befler show- ing as fhe season progressed.
