ICS HIGH -.. On September 1, 1964, at exactly 8:44 P. M. we freshmen started down the road which would lead us through high school. This path led us into many new and won- derful experiences. At first, we greenies were bewildered by trying to find our classrooms. Within a few days, we found that our difficulties had begun to iron out and we could begin to concentrate on our studies. Our very first special event was Home- coming. But this presented us with a new problemg constructing a float. We all combined our talents and our efforts to produce a replica of Stone Age'Sages. We worked diligently on it every evening, but the final touch-ups were completed at the last minute. Although we didn't win a prize, we were very proud of our efforts. Homecoming was not our only special event. Other special events included coke dances, the Christmas Dance, Spring Re- versal, and some of the girls managed to go to prom. Other events which weren't quite so pleasant were F. F. A. and F. H. A. initia- tions and semester exams. We managed to survive them, but promised to study harder next time. Our first year on the road in high school brought us much hard work and many exciting experiences. However, we are looking forward to the coming years when we will be upperclassmen! -1-,.,.-' STUDENT COUNCIL REPRE- Ed Clodfelter-President, Stu- dent Council Representativeg Brooks Gardner-Vice- President, Student Council Representative, Mark Moore -Secretary, Student Council Representative, Dan Pen- nell-Treasurer, Student Council Representative Cstand- ingj Debbie Alexander-Student Council Representativeg Dianne Shonkwiler-Student Council Representative CLASS OFFICERS AND SENTATIVES: iseatedb
