Four Full 'rears For The Class 0 51 Saga 1'-r v 'v 555 I M, F' Mr Quunlan Advuser Bull Sago Student Councul Owen Anderson Treasurer Duane Woodall Vuce Presudent FRONT ROW Mrs Olson Advuser Loretta Ludwsck Student Councul Ber nadette Tracy Secretary Jodue Davudson Presudent ln September of I947 seventy four freshmen uouned the ranks of Montscello Hugh School and sn May of l95l fsfty of us leave much the better for the four years un between We were hesstant fresh men undustruous sophomores busy uunuors and lazy sensors but we had lots of fun Our freshman year was no worse than many other freshman years and better than some We elected tour capable class offucers and two equally capable student councul representatuves Our Homecomsng queen candudate Carolyn Bruhn made a fune show ung even though she dudn t come home wsth top hon ors Joyce Cook was elected to a varsuty cheerleader berth and several of us were un the All School Play Our sophomore year was equally as noteworthy Our class oftucers agaun dsd us proud as dud our Home comung queen candudate Joyce Cook who had agaun been elected varsuty cheerleader along wuth Carolyn Bruhn Many of us helped wuth the entertaunment at the Junuor Sensor Prom and agaun many had parts un the All School Play Our uunuor year was busy as l saud before chuefly because we all had to putch un and help at all the stands un order to rause money for our Prom Our otfucers however managed to lead us through a year whuch proved to be prosperous enough to stage an elaborate Prom Jane Summers our class presudent was elected presudent of the Student Councul We elected Joyce Cook and Marulyn Downs as varsuty cheerleaders Our Hearts Were Young and Gay was our very successful uunuor class play We elected Verna Brudges to rep resent us as our Homecomung queen candudate Then we came to our sensor and last year at Montscello Hugh School We began the year off rught by electung another crew of capable workers to our class offuces and Owen Anderson dud the sob up rught by bemg elected presudent of the Student Councsl Betty Zundars our queen candudate succeeded un her quest for the Homecomung crown Carol Tummons was our representative among the cheerleaders We presented a luvely and humorous sensor play entstled ' Our Msss Brooks We have enuoyed tour fruutful years here at Montscello Hugh School and well always remember them Congratulatuons and Best Washes to the Class of 51 from the NATIONAL BANK OF MONTICELLO f , U Qi 'Q 1 f f fl - is ii' if A ' u W - af W- It , J . ,, K Q S, .nt at R J ,A 'Q' T .gf hw W K, V Q - K., M li 4 x M., ' 1 J - . 1 I . - . l , .
