BRUNS The continual high standard of the programs was a reflection of the harmony existing among these officers. The programs for the year incorporated an abundance of music consciousness which was something that could very satisfactorily be developed in the school and community. The last meeting of the year four boys and an accom- plished accompanist from Heidelberg College, Tiffin enter- tained with a program which had finish, balance and popular appeal. The proceeds from the P. T. A. Fair were used to supply the means of initiating a really fine and modern visual education program. NORTH CENTRAL ASSOCIATION The North Central Association is composed of Colleges and High Schools of the North Central States. it .their recent meeting in Chicago, Montgomery Township School was Mmqualifiedly recommended for membership in the association. The aims of the Association are to bring about a better acquaintance, a keener sympathy and a heartier co-operation between the Colleges and Secondary Schools, to consider common educational problems and to devise the best way and means of solving themg to promote the physical, intellectual and moral well being of students. It aims to aecredit only those schools which possess organization, teaching force standards of scholarship, equipment and esprit de corps, of such character as well,and hesitatingly comment them to any educator, College or University in the North Central territory. Some of the standards set for membership include Teachers Training, Supervision, equipment, pupil-teacher rates, standards, transportation, library and laboratory athletics, etc. The faculty, board of education, community, and student body take pride in maintaining a school of distinction, as only a limited number of schools qualify. ..........., ..... ,. .... . ........ w l usos
