DEDICATED TO THE CITIZENS OF SANTA ROSA Our city, governed by a sincere group of public-spirited citizens, offers us many cul- tural, recreational, and educational od- vantages-a conscientious civil adminis- tration, a well-stocked library, numerous parks and playgrounds.
