Mastering the Machine The industrial arts program provided a place for students to discover their abilities and apti- tudes and develop their vocational interests. A general knowledge of industry production meth- ods, design, and workmanship was achieved. The aim of industrial education is to develop desirable work habits and to learn how to properly and safely handle tools. As our community has grown, so also has its automobile traffic: One answer to the many problems caused hy the ever inereas- ing number of automobiles is the training of drivers.
