It seems almost impossible to recall the erlorts which have gone into it, and the countless crises we met. A lost layout, a broken light socket, no flash bulbs-these were a few of our troubles. XVe would just have finished setting up for a picture and be ready to click the shutter, when the bell would invariably ring. Ah well, there was always another day. Another day, that is, until we saw the pub- lisher's deadline wildly approaching. 'lihen the typist's fingers flew, the editors' brains got a workout, and the photographers got a big chance to demonstrate their talent. Columbia Scholastic l'ress As- sociation and National Scholastic Press Association awarded first and second places respectively to our publication uf last year. l'he Silverlogue Cubs learned the fundamentals ot yearbook engineering.
