Here in the midst of this ageless valley Carved by a deft and patient hand, Where ere we turn we pause, and humbly Stand in awe of this immortal land. We turn North, and there before us Stands the Peak, with its boulders bare. We watch each season, with brush in hand Color its face with infinite care. Then we turn East where mountains tower- Mighty barriers against the azure sky. There lie fields and streams in deep content Held close by strong arms of mountains high. To the South the fields and rolling hills Stretch out until they meet the sky.
