We hosted a Math Fair at North Thurston High School which seven schools attended. In the spring we went to Portland to a. science museum. OFFICERS: Front Counter- Clockwise: Patty Bender, President, Darlene Leister, Vice- President, Cindy Calhoun, Secretary, Debbie Downey, Treasurer, Brenda jones, Student Council Rep., Karen Crass, Sophomore Rep., Shirely Mathews, Freshman Rep., Mrs. Floyd, Advisor, Niklci Bender, junior Rep., Cheri Bohren, Senior Rep. The Girls' Club of Montesano High School has tried to make itself a relevant part of living for all its members. With all the changes that have been oc- curring, the Girls' Club has adopted some of them and proposed solutions for others. G Good times are also a major part of Girls' Club. Sponsoring a Halloween C ' Pumpkin Pie Sale was the first main project. Running the concession stand 1 during the football and basketball seasons provided the largest amount of I r our financial income. Our traditional December Christmas meeting starred talented acts from each u class. b S Later on in the year, Girls' Club became busy with the annual Hillbilly Tolo and the Mother-Daughter Party. Now is the time to build the future seemed to be this years theme for the club. Several guest speakers spoke on careers ranging from modeling to politics. Now is the time to act, to pursue not only well-being for ourselves, but also for others. -- Patty Bender

German Club was formed to help promote the spirit and culture of Germany. We did this by participation in an Oktoberfest, Foreign Language Banquet, ski trip, Christmas caroling, and many more fun activities.
