Pep Club consisted of 63 girls this year. We were an active club meeting every Wednesday night. We made signs, were guardian angels for boys who turned out for sports and backed our teams at every game and match. We tried to promote school spirit which was very low during the first few months of school. Homecoming was our big dance. It was a lot of work but everyone had a enjoy- able time. . wg, , 1-1 L si LETTERMEN,S CLUB This years Lettermen's Club had about 40 returning mem- bers come to its first meeting on September 4th, At this meeting the following officers were elected for the year of 1969- 1970: Russ Esses, President, George Martinez, Vice- Presidentg Ron Davidson, Secretary, Rick Raubach, Repre- sentative to the Student Council, Pete Muller, Sargeant at Arms, and Lonnie Eaton, Chairman of the Program Commit- tee. Plans were made for raising money, they included the possibility of a bottle drive, or splitting fence rails, along ' i D with selling Popcorn at 311 Wrestling matches. There 's always one ' stud1ous person in the crowd! Happiness is being a Letterman!
