“PEOPLE ARE FUNNY” The senior class play, “People Are Funny un- der the direction of Miss Lucille Tosch, was adap- ted from Art Linkletter’s comedy program, People Are Funny . The play really gets under way when Art sends Roscoe Higginbottam, a hy young man, to make a date with Betty Vernon whom he has never seen before. STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is composed of the three officers from each class with Mr. Kiger as its adviser. Its purpose is to dis- cuss the problems of the student body. ONE-ACT PLAY On November 3, four schools — Adams Friendship, Port Edwards, Westfield, and Montello — competed in the district one- act play contest held at Westfield.
