THE JUNIOR CLASS The greatest event of the year, the Junior Prom, took place May 10. The theme, ‘The Hells of Saint Mary’s” gave the juniors an opportunity to show their artistic talents. The boys and girls created a beautiful scene with silver bells hung from a roof of green. While Johnny Nugent and his orchestra played the lovely strains of “The Bells of Saint Mary’s,” King James Duffy and his Queen Ellen Laing led the promenadors through the intricacies of the grand march.
