She sings and devotes time to extra curricular activities. Unusally different Joan has a helping word and hand for everyone. She is feminine from head to toe even to the proverbial tardiness. Ideal: A Christian mentality i wa 5.15 Q -4 so s C Q K' 'i'i' ' gwdw W ...vw . 5 in-till il Patsy Jo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Heim, has attended M. C. six years. Patsy is the diminutive member of the class. With a winning personality this talkative Miss, despite her size, can hold her own in any argument. Elected queen Patsy reigned over the 1951 Mardi Gras festivities. Ideal: True Christian Marriage Joan and Patsy Jo look over the score for Glee Club.

Margaret Bennet, daughter of Mrs. J. H. Avery and the late Mr. Avery has answered roll call for six years here. A fine mind, a remarkable artistic talent, ci love ot literature, an ace baseball player are a few of her assets. Add to these a dry humor and the tact to make the most of a bad situation and the total spells Margaret . Ideal: Truth and beauty in art. , . . we Mildred, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Flusche, Muskogee, entered M. C. as a Freshmen. Serious and quiet yet friendly to all, Mildred ranks tops scholastically and athletically. She goes earnestly about her daily life undis- turbed by excitement' or confusion and looks ahead to a nursing degree. Ideal: The truly Christian nurse Chemistry experiment. Her ability to pass tests one way or another and to bring home the loaded bases has amazed us. At swimming, ice skating, and horseback riding, she is no less than superior. A personality of good nature and quick temper are evenly blended in this twin. Ideal: A Christian Woman Joan, Jean's twin sister, is an indus- trious student with a pleasant friendly way. Consideration and thoughtness lor others are characteristic of this even tempered lass. ln school Joan enjoys typing, outside of school she enjoys ball games, picnics, ice skating and lazy Sunday afternoons.
