University Counseling Center The Veterans Administration Guidance Center was established on the campus March 13, 1946, with A L. Kadlec at its head. Norman Murray and Ernest Vetter have since been odded to the staff as training officers. This advisement and guidance center not only serves veteran students attending MSU but it serves all those residing in Montana west of the continental divide.
