ScKool of Business Administration Training for ihe general field of business and specialized training in accounting arc the aims of the School of Business Administration under the supervision of Dean Robert C. Line, The school offers a business training in banking, finance, transportation, marketing, mLTLh.indi.sing. trading and public utilities. The school first was organized at the State University in 1914. Shirley J. CiHjn, the first dean, was succeeded by Dean Line, a Montana graduate who had done advanced work at Harvard univer- sity. Since the school ' s organization there has been a rapid increase in enrollment which ranks it among the larger schools on the campus today. All women in the school are organized into the Commerce club which furthers the interests nl women u business Men in the school who have done distinctive work are organized in Alpha Kappa Psi. men ' s national professional fraternity, Two years ago the School of Business Administration inaugurated courses in type- writing and shorthand, and a large enroll- ment has appeared in both divisions under pt, , ■ h .., trie instruction of Miss Emily Mat lay.
