Leade shi All men possess some qualities of leadership, but there are a select few who have the unsurpassable combination necessary to he a good leader. A true leader is more than the most popular personalityg he is that individual who uses his knowledge for the betterment of those who elected him. His first concern should be that of the people. The great leaders of the past were men of knowledge who realized that true leadership was directly associated with the qualities of prudence and wisdom.
