State Board of Education L to R Claience Popham George Lund Mrs. H. F. Petro, Monsignor Emmett J. Rilev Harriet Miller Governor Aronson Attorney General Forrest Anderson, A B Guthue Me1r1ttWa1den Mis Edith Chambers, Horace Dwyer. Dean Brown Always ready and willing to lend a helping hand, or should we say, word of advicef, to any student with any kind of a problem, this is Miss Esther Brown, whose official position on the campus is that of Dean of XVomen. Her door is always open to anyone, boys as well as girls, if they want to come just to chat and talk about the weather or if they have some kind of problem. Dean Brown is never too busy to stop and talk for a minute. The job of being Dean of Xvomen is not a simple one, for she has many girls she must look after and help and guide in their education. She must also see that they maintain proper behavior and learn correct social etiquette. Although this is almost an impossible task, Dean Brown is doing an excellent job, plus taking care of her many other activities she must attend to constantly. Une of her main tasks in the Spring is assisting with and planning for the annual Womenis Day program.
