He is one of the best known faculty members and is respected because of his sincere counseling f c r Montana's men in and out of trouble. Dean Brown is home again in Bozeman and serving as the new Dean of Women. Her job is something of a dilemma. Responsibility for the proper conduct of M.S.C.'s women involves all kinds of regulations and counseling. DEANS' COUNCIL The Deans' Council is the top ranking administrative body at M.S.C. This year tho Deans' Council is made up of J. A. Nelson, Dean of Graduate Division; Esther Brown, Dean of Women; E. W. Schilling, Dean of Engineering; Harry Cockrum, Acting Dean of Agriculture; R. R.
